Is this the same as the funding membership?

No, and this is the thing most people get wrong. These are two separate subscriptions. This page is the workspace one. The Premium Transactional Membership is $9.99 a month and is what changes your per-deal funding fee. Your workspace tier does not change that fee.

Can I see the space before I join?

Yes, and you should. Come and take a day pass, or ask for a walk round. Nobody should commit to a desk they have not stood at.

Is there a minimum term?

Yes. Paid club access carries a 12 month minimum commitment beginning on your original subscription date. Pausing is not available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What is in the Vault?

Tools, templates, calculators and full real estate investment courses, included with the paid tiers at no extra cost. It is the part members use most on the days they are not in the building.
