Tell us what each day needs. We will confirm room capacity, availability, setup and an itemized price before you book or pay.

The small conference room holds up to 6 people. Larger groups need a confirmed workshop or building setup. Requesting a quote does not reserve a room or charge a card.

Basic cleaning after a larger event is $75 for wipe down and trash removal. Your quote will confirm when it applies, along with any Wi-Fi, equipment, catering, service charges and taxes.

Include the year and use Dallas time. For several dates, put each day on its own line. Include setup and cleanup time.

Tell us about seating, tables, screen, video calls, microphones or other equipment.

Include dietary needs and the number of devices. We will confirm available options and charges.

For example: accessibility, parking or nearby overnight accommodation. Guest rooms and group rates are not confirmed by this form.
