Our mission

Build the room real estate entrepreneurs actually need

Most people doing this work alone pay for four things separately: somewhere to work, capital for the close, a lender who answers, and the tools. We put them in one building at 1214 S Akard Street and one membership, so a first deal does not need four contracts to get started.

The floor is real estate people only, which is the part that does not show up in a price. The person at the next desk has probably closed the deal you are stuck on, and there is no five-figure coaching program waiting at the end of the conversation.
