• Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the booking will not be accommodated.

• Attire should be business casual or appropriate for a professional setting.

Noise Levels and Shared Spaces

• Please be mindful of others using the workspace. Keep conversations and noise levels to a minimum in shared areas.

• Conference rooms are equipped for privacy; kindly use them for extended discussions or calls.

Respect for Members and Property

• Treat all members, guests, and REI Workplace staff with respect. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

• Take care of the facilities and equipment provided. Any damage caused may result in charges for repairs or replacements.

General Terms

• Bookings grant access only to the reserved space for the scheduled time. Extended use beyond the booking time may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

• REI Workplace reserves the right to deny access to individuals violating this policy or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
